Before returning to construction, Dustin spent more than a decade in venture capital, helping to build companies across multiple industries from the ground up. In 2024, Dustin acquired AllHaus, a respected construction and home management firm originally founded in 2011. His vision wasn’t to simply maintain the brand — it was to elevate it.
He rebuilt AllHaus from the inside out, curating a team of professionals with deep experience in both construction and hospitality — people who understand what it takes to deliver a sophisticated, high-touch experience. Under his leadership, AllHaus has evolved into a comprehensive home management firm, serving homeowners who value their time, their homes, and the relationships that sustain both.
